There are several pathways to secure a Nomination via the government of Prince Edward Island Provincial Nomination Program.
Critical Workers Stream
You can apply for a nomination for permanent residency (PR) through the Critical Worker Stream of the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) if you are currently working in PEI. The PEI Critical Worker stream, which is driven by PEI employers, allows them to fill intermediate-skilled positions that they are unable to fill through the local job market.
Intermediate Experience Stream
You can apply for a nomination for permanent residency through the PEI PNP Intermediate Experience Stream. This stream is employer-driven, allowing Island employers to fill intermediate-skilled positions that they are unable to fill through the local job market.
International Graduates Stream
You can apply for a nomination for permanent residency (PR) through the PEI PNP International Graduates Stream if you graduated from a publicly-funded PEI post-secondary institution. This stream is employer-driven, allowing Island employers to fill positions that they are unable to fill through the local job market.
Occupations in Demand Stream
The Occupations in Demand stream is employer-driven, allowing Island employers to fill specific positions that they are unable to fill through the local job market. This stream may be utilized for talent recruitment inside and outside of Canada.
ou can apply for a PEI Express Entry nomination for permanent residency through the PEI PNP. Your nomination through PEI PNP will increase your chance of being issued an Invitation to Apply from the Federal Government.
Skilled Workers in PEI Stream
You can apply for a nomination for permanent residency through the PEI PNP’s Skilled Worker stream if you are currently employed by a PEI employer. The Skilled Worker stream is employer-driven, allowing Island employers to fill high-skilled positions that they are unable to fill through the local job market.
Skilled Workers Outside Canada Stream
The Skilled Worker Stream may be utilized for talent recruitment outside of Canada if the PEI employer has received authorization from the Office of Immigration prior to issuing a job offer. With approval, a work permit support letter would be provided for the applicant to seek a work permit.
